KATELIVA is available exclusively on Kateliva.com and Amazon (IT, FR, ES, PL).
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-4 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
TAXES
For orders outside the European Union, import taxes may apply. Please check with the customs authorities in your home country.
For customers from the United Kingdom, import taxes may apply from 135 pounds.
RETURN PERIOD
14 days after purchase (see "RETURNS& EXCHANGES" ). The condition for the return is the original condition of the item.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@kateliva.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and guide you through the process.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGING
Please get in contact with our customer service team at info@kateliva.com as soon as possible with details on your order's change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments on international orders at this time.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
SHIPPING TIME
Processing time is 24-48 hours. Your order will then be shipped with DHL / DHL international PREMIUM.
Italy: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-4 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
