Items may be returned within 14 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). KATELIVA offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please include your original invoice with your return. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return.

Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
