What is your return policy?

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to us for a refund or exchange.

Items may be returned within 21 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return them at your own cost. We recommend that you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.

If you are based in the US, we recommend using USPS as the most cost-effective way to return your items.

If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and customs costs if applicable. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that you leave tags and liners on to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.

Can i exchange my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer complimentary shipping on international exchanges. For international customers you will be charged for the return postage cost.

How much does do international returns cost?

There is a return fee of approximately 15 USD charged in the currency the order was purchased in. This fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
